Update on 2025.06.12

Natural diamond cutting tools

Primarily used for machining aluminum, diamond is attached to existing indexable inserts and used for finish machining. These items can be set into insert holders that are currently in use, facilitating finish machining.

Synthetic single-crystal diamond cutting tools

Compatible with brazing and soldering technology, the shape of these end mills makes it possible to machine multiple surfaces at once. These tools are primarily used for machining mirror surfaces on resin.

PCD (polycrystalline diamond) cutting tools

As performance in automotive component machining improves, better aluminum alloys and improved tool performance are also required. These tools provide consistent precision and a lifespan ten times longer than that of carbide tools.

CBN cutting tools

Most CBN cutting tools use inserts and bites. They are used for machining ferrous metals such as hardened steel, cast iron and sintered metal, and enable machining with greater speed and precision than carbide tools while also having a long lifespan.
